Next to that link you will see: "We'll text a one-time verification code to this number. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." By clicking the link, you agree to receive that one-time text message. It is never required to create an account, get a quote, or buy or sell a car through MarketSpace USA -- you can verify with your email address instead.
